All products are custom-made to order based on the customer’s specifications. For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other non-defective reasons.

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

We are not responsible for errors in the order details provided by the customer (including measurements, spelling, or design choices) once the order has been confirmed.
